Membership Conditions
The Aegon Feedback Community Membership
To become a member of The Aegon Feedback Community you must complete and submit the registration survey by clicking on "Sign up" on the aegonfeedbackcommunity.co.uk website homepage. By registering to join The Aegon Feedback Community you confirm that you have read and accept the following Terms and Conditions. The Aegon Feedback Community is free to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and the most up-to-date version can be viewed at any time on the site.
Confidentiality
The Aegon Feedback Community is hosted by QuMind Limited, an independent online Market Research provider based in London, U.K. Please click here to find out more information about QuMind. Aegon and QuMind ensure that the personal details you provide on the registration survey (including your name and email address and other personal details) are held in a secure database with limited access rights. Any information you provide, either on the registration survey or in subsequent surveys, will be treated as confidential and used as set out in the Privacy Policy.Data Protection

We only use persistent cookies to maintain the state of your questionnaire should you browse away from a survey and wish to continue where you left off. This cookie is in no way used for tracking or holding personal information and will be deleted at the end of the questionnaire or 1 day after the start of the questionnaire. We also use a cookie to keep you logged on to the Aegon Feedback Community website, to save you having to log in over and over again.
Laws and Guidelines
Aegon Feedback and QuMind comply with Data Protection law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.Contact from The Aegon Feedback Community
You will receive regular invitations to research studies as a member of the Aegon Feedback Community.Your participation on all questionnaires is voluntary and as such you may end your participation at any time.
You can unsubscribe from the Aegon Feedback Community at any time by visiting the website at aegonfeedbackcommunity.co.uk and following the instructions.
As a member of the Aegon Feedback Community you may request help from QuMind with technical or research related queries. QuMind will only address such queries where a member has specifically requested help. QuMind may ask Aegon or its service provider to reply to you on their behalf.
Conduct of Members
Registered members must agree to take sole responsibility for their conduct when using the Aegon Feedback Community website and we will not tolerate:- communication of material that is offensive, sexually explicit, immoral, dishonest, infringes on any third party rights or of an illegal nature. We reserve the right to remove any posts that do not comply with the conduct expected of Members in their usage of the Aegon Feedback Community.
- transmission in any form of a programme or file which is capable of interrupting, destroying, or limiting the capabilities of the website, server, connected networks or other users' computers.
- transmission of content for commercial reasons, including any advertising or promotional materials.
- attempts to register more than one account per person.
3. Members of the community will not be entered into the monthly/quarterly prize draw within 6 months of previously winning one of these prizes.
Prize Draws Terms and Conditions
Monthly Prize Draw
1. The prizes offered are 3 x £50 received as either a VEX online voucher redeemable at various major UK retailers or a donation to The Charity Shop per calendar month. Entry into the draw is free and no purchase is necessary.
2. Each monthly prize draw covers a period of one calendar month, starting from 00.00am on the 1st of each month and finishing at 23.59pm on the last day of the month. To be eligible for that month’s prize draw, activities must be completed within that time period.
3. The prize draw is made on the first working day of the calendar month and includes all eligible entries from the previous calendar month. (Full Terms and Conditions of the panel apply).
4. (The) Winner(s) are determined by a random number computer process from entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. A random number formula generates the ‘winning ticket’ on the click of a button. This number is matched to the corresponding entrant who holds this ‘ticket’ by an employee of QuMind, whilst supervised by an independent member of the QuMind team.
5. The winners will be notified by email within 10 working days of the draw. If a winner does not respond to the promoter within 15 [working days] of being notified then the winner’s prize will be forfeited [and the promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above]. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.
6. The winner’s prize will be paid electronically to the winners of the prize draw within 10 working days of the winner claiming their prize.
7. No responsibility will be taken for any electronic failures or similar when submitting items to the panel.
8. The prize winners’ screennames will be made available within the home page of the panel.
9. The result of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
11. The promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
12. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries, where required.
13. Participants in the draw are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14. The promoter shall use and take care of any personal data you supply to it as described in its Privacy Policy, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry.
15. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering this Prize Draw or accepting the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law.
16. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Quarterly Prize draw
1. The prizes offered are 2 x £250 and 1 x £100 received as either a VEX online voucher redeemable at various major UK retailers or a donation to The Charity Shop per calendar quarter. Entry into the draw is free and no purchase is necessary.
2. Each quarterly prize draw covers a period of three calendar months, starting from 00.00am on the 1st of the first month and finishing at 23.59pm on the last day of the final month (January to March; April to June; July to September; October to December). To be eligible for that quarter’s prize draw, activities must be completed within that time period.
3. The prize draw is made on the first working day of the new quarter and includes all eligible entries from the previous calendar quarter. (Full Terms and Conditions of the panel apply).
4. (The) Winner(s) are determined by a random number computer process from entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
